The processing technology and process steps of the drive shaft:
First, the center hole of the forging blank is drilled at both ends, and the rough outer circle is several steps;
Quenching and tempering;
Semi-finished cars have various steps, outer circle and length reserve, and then take the center frame to the total length;
a through hole in the drill shaft on the center frame;
The tapered holes at both ends, the ends are boring, and the center hole is drilled to prepare for grinding;
Finish the outer circle of each gear and the plane of the step, put the grinding allowance, and the grooves on the outer circle of the car, chamfering;
Grinding the outer circle and step plane to size;
After assembly, the threads are machined on the lathe.
Including the following steps: forging, normalizing, roughing, finishing, drilling deep holes, hobbing, oil drilling holes, before degreasing treatment, degreasing, hot water cleaning, cold water cleaning, activation treatment, ultrasonic rinsing, chemical cleaning And drying a series of cleaning jobs;
The drive shaft is a high-speed, low-supporting rotating body, so its dynamic balance is crucial. Generally, the drive shaft must be tested for dynamic balance before leaving the factory and adjusted on the balance machine.
